We partnered with the News division of the American broadcast network NBC to redefine strategies for growing digital and mobile audiences to strengthen an iconic show in the digital era.

In combination with the digital strategy, we supported NBC News on conducting ethnographic research across the US and developing personas to understand the digital needs, behaviors and opportunities of existing and potential users.
